As an Ontario consumer of the wood products we make in Ontario we ask that you start looking for the Ontario Wood brand on the things you buy and in the retail stores you shop at.
In addition over the coming months this website will provide information on Ontario’s forests and how there managed, our forest and wood products industry and reasons to use and buy wood products.
As a retailer we invite you to display our Point of Sale (POS) material in your stores to show your support the Ontario industry and to help Ontario consumers identify those local products.
As a producer of Ontario wood products we welcome you to use the logo.
To inquire about the Ontario Wood logo use, please prepare an email, fax or letter describing your product(s) and ability to meet the definitions (thumbnail to definitions) of an Ontario Wood product, the intended use of the Ontario Wood logo. Upon reviewing your request, we will provide you the Ontario Wood logo contract for your review and completion.
This is the symbol of wood grown and milled in Ontario.
It is the commitment made by both industry and government alike to invest in re-forestation for the future. When you see it you’ll know you are buying a local product.
